Meet ROCCO

FROM HIS FOSTER: ROCCO was VERY shy when he came to us and is warming up slowly, but when he does he is energetic and likes to play and give kisses. He will be a cuddle bug for sure one day! He is housebroken, can use a dog door and crate trained. He loves to hang out in his crate and just watch people. He loves other dogs and we think he will do best in a home WITH ANOTHER DOG who is not super dominant, as he is more confident and happy being around another dog! He enjoys being in water! He very submissive and good with kids, though too much activity is stressful for him, so we feel he would do best in a quiet home, with not too much activity going on daily. We are unsure about cats but feel that he will probably do fine (though this would need to be tested). He is also wary of men, and prefers women.

Rocco will need a patient adopter who is prepared to help him learn that the world is a safe place at his own speed. Other playful dogs are a bonus. You can apply to adopt him at www.scroungydogs.com
