Two years ago, this brave boy was on the euthanasia list due to a severe injury after getting caught in a kennel door. We saved his leg, and although it's permanently deformed, it doesn’t slow him down one bit!<br/><br/>Robin has a pawsitively infectious zest for life! Weighing about 47 pounds, he is most likely a mix of Carolina dog, Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, and maybe even some Kelpie. With that DNA and his resilient spirit, Robin truly is a super mutt!<br/><br/>Here are some more things to know about Robin:<br/>He is potty and crate trained and understands basic commands. He is also a saint in a crate. Robin is great with other dogs and kids and loves being around humans of all ages. He walks well on a leash and loves exploring the world with you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Robin.<br/>We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Robin the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. <br/>For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.<br/><br/>Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.<br/><br/>All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.<br/><br/>Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
