Meet Rizzley! He is both handsome and loving. He never stops wagging his tail and is a friend to everyone he meets.This German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix already knows several commands, as well as walks nicely on a leash. Rizzley does love to play and has quite a bit of energy. Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
