Meet River

River is very new to our rescue. He was adopted from a high kill shelter in Illinois. The rescue told them he was good with all dog and cats. Well after getting him home he is not cat friendly or small dog friendly. He is fine with dogs his own size. He has a very high prey drive and with training would make an awesome hunting dog. He has not had alot of training so we will be working on that right away. He is very strong so will need a strong handler. He also can jump a 4 ft fence so he will need a 6 ft fence. He would be better with older kids as he doesn't know how big he is. We will add in more details as we learn more about him.
