RIVEN Mixed Breed Cranston, RI

Riven is new to the rescue and we promised to find him a forever home very fast. He is a 1 year old, male, mixed breed. He is vey handsome, sweet,  gentle and has a heart of gold. He currently weighs 26lbs, making him the perfect size. Not too big, not too small — and ready to fit right into a loving home. This charming pup is very affectionate and is always happy to greet new people with a wagging tail. He also gets along well with other dogs, making him a wonderful companion for playtime or quiet company. Riven is still young, eager to learn, and he’s the kind of dog who thrives on love, consistency, and feeling like he belongs. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, or simply hanging out nearby, he just wants to be part of the family. So, if you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and easygoing best friend, Riven might be your perfect match.

ADOPTION INFORMATION

HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
1. Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.
2. We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

Helpful reminders:
*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
