Ripley is a 8 to 9 month old Black lab/Shepherd mix. He weighs 73.3 lbs and stands 25 inches tall. The reason he has only one eye is due to a car hitting him 2 months ago. Other than missing an eye, he is fine and healthy. Ripley lives with 3 other dogs and does very well with them and enjoys playing with them. He has not been exposed to cats, but has seen cows through the fence and does not chase. He has also not been exposed to kids.
Ripley is doing great with house training. Ripley is a very sweet young man that is also doing great on his house manners – does okay on a leash. He also does okay in a crate, cries but then settles down. Ripley is not one that likes car rides, but maybe with a special person that can work with him on that he can adjust to them and come to know car rides as something that takes him to fun places and adventures! He is still a young pup and learning lots!
Ripley's likes are: Getting brushed, toys, especially chew toys. Loves running around in his backyard (needs a tall fence and gate) with other dogs, but more than that, he loves hanging out with his person.

Ripley is in need of his forever home but is not actually available for adoption through Lil' Waif Puppy Rescue. This is simply our way of helping dogs find their way to their forever homes when we are not able to take them into our care. These dogs have not been evaluated by Lil' Waif staff/team.
