Meet Rip
Rip is a big, goofy boy. He loves to run around in the yard and has finally learned how to play fetch! After an active day, Rip loves to cuddle up in between his foster parents for a snooze. While he loves people, he may seem disinterested at first because he needs a little time to warm up to them. Once he knows you though, he always wants to be by your side. He’s very food motivated and will happily sit and give his paw for a treat. Rip is crate trained and will sit and wait for his dinner. With time and effort from his forever home, he will be easily trained on more advanced skills. Rip tends to get along better with medium to large size dogs, but may do fine with the right small dog and due to his size, the home should have children ages 12+. Large breed experience is a huge plus!
Rip’s adoption fee is $175. You can apply at lexpitcrew.org and someone will be in touch!
Rip is considered a “flight risk” so we are requiring his adopter to have a 6’ fenced-in yard. A meet and greet with applicant's current pets will be required.
