Riley’s family has long work hours and they decided it was best to return her so she can find a family that can give her more time and attention.

Riley is a very sweet and loving Terrier mix, approximately 2-4 years old and weighs 50lbs. She would do well in a home with another dog to play with. She will also be great in a one-dog home if she is given plenty of attention and exercise. She will do VERY well with children!

Riley loves to be with people! She likes to play tug-of-war with her human buddies and would like a yard for when she gets the zoomies. She is good with cats and loves all animals, even the ones on TV. She loves her chew toys!

Riley also loves to snuggle and will definitely make herself at home next to you on the couch or in your favorite chair. She will greet you every time with her happy tail and wiggly body. She crates well when you can’t be with her.

Riley is a patient beggar and knows she only gets something when we are done eating (usually a bowl or pan to lick when cleaning up the kitchen). She knows: No bark, No Jump, Sit, Come here and “In you go” which is what we say to get her in her crate.

We give her a chewy (rawhide chip) when we leave for the day and when we put her in her crate. She gets a biscuit when she comes back inside after doing her thing. She doesn’t shed much, but gets stinky sometimes, especially after being wet. She does well at the groomers. Riley is also housetrained.

Riley‘s adoption fee is $200. This includes spay, vaccinations, heartworm test and maintaining preventions while in our care.
