This dog is being fostered with New Hope Dog Rescue (Saskatoon). If you are interested in adopting please fill out an Adoption Application. Meet and greets are by appointment only and done so after an adoption application has been submitted. A successful applications will be contacted by the foster home to discuss further. Hello! My name is Riley, and I am a big, playful lover. I am a mixed breed who is approximately 1.5 years old and weighs around 90lbs.

I am housetrained and have never had an accident in the house. I am comfortable in a crate at night but am just as happy to sleep freely. I often choose my crate while my foster mom is working during the day.

I am still learning the ins and outs of what I can chew and play with but am easy to persuade - if you happen to leave a sock lying around I might bring it to you!

I know the commands “sit” “down” “shake” “come” although I am still working on my “selective hearing” when I am in the middle of a good play. I love to play outside with other dogs and am sometimes a little much for new dogs - patience with intros is important to get off on the right foot!

I would do best in a home that has another well-rounded dog who I can play with or in an active home. I really enjoy going for walks and am happy to trot along beside you at your pace - I really don’t pull unless there’s a grasshopper or butterfly to chase! Or another dog that I think should be my friend.

I am very gentle when I meet new people (even kids), despite my size and excitement. I currently live with a 4yo and cuddling is one of my favourite things.

I am a highly food motivated dog and would excel in an active home with another pup to play with or a home that wants a big goof to join them on adventures.

There isn’t much that will wipe this grin off my face!
I cannot wait to meet my new family!

Riley has been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, current on age appropriate vaccines and has received a health check from a vet. adoption fee is $295.
