Did You Adopt Riger?

Meet Riger

This gorgeous boy is about 8 months old and we call him “Riger”, Norwegian for “warrior”. Riger weighs about 25 pounds and will likely be a medium-sized dog. He has been neutered and has had his shots. When found, he was starving and terrified of people. Riger enjoys other dogs and will need a doggie brother or sister to play with that is not too dominating/alpha. He plays with doggie friends gently and respectfully. He has come to trust the people around him enough to let them show him love, which he enjoys very much and returns fully. He needs a quiet, loving home. Loud voices and loud noises make him run for his crate. His new family will need to give him a little while to get used to them. He is crate trained and is quiet through the night. He has a “soft mouth” and takes treats by gently nibbling. He is very respectful of people and dogs and will be protective of his family. Riger has an absolutely gorgeous, smooth coat and sheds very little if at all.
