Meet Ricky Ricardo
Ricky Ricardo Bio
Meet Ricky Ricardo, Poodle-Terrier mix, and about 10 years old. He is approximately 6-10 pounds. He is heartworm positive, which he started treatment for, and has early sign of renal condition.
Ricky was found living on a porch that he had essentially been trapped on for years, eating whatever he could find; his coat was overgrown and matted. Poor thing!
Ricky likes playing with other dogs, but he can get jealous of dogs other than him getting attention. Recently he’s figured out that he’s allowed to play and have fun, and started doing happy zoomies and play bites.
Ricky is a smart little guy who loves his walks and does great on a leash. He enjoys the comfort of his crate and bed, finding security in having his own space. Though he’s still working on house training, he has come a long way since being found, and he’s eager to keep learning. This might be his first time ever experiencing life in a home, but he’s adjusting well and showing just how much love he has to give. He is in a loving and patient foster home. The foster continues to work with Ricky Ricardo on issues such as home training like using the pee pad. Ricky takes a moment to warm up, so he needs a forever home with a patient adopter to continue his journey!
