Meet Rex
This little nugget is Rex!
Rex is an approximately 4.5-month old male Heeler mix and will weigh around 45-55 lbs. as an adult (best guess.) He was rescued from a small rural outdoor shelter in Oklahoma.
Rex is a rambunctious puppy who loves to play! He is a pro at tug-of-war and never turns down a good chew toy!
Rex is working hard at house-training and only now occasionally has an accident in the house. His foster family is working on commands like sit, give, and stay. Rex is super smart and catches on quickly!
There are young children in Rex's foster home and he loves to chase them and especially loves it when they drop parts of their snacks (just for him)! He also lives with a cat, who he has tried to make friends with, but his cat friend is not interested.
Rex is still a puppy and will need a patient home where he can continue learning manners and finish up his house-training skills. He needs an active home, with plenty of attention and exercise! He loves to go on his walks! Rex would be a great addition to a family or an awesome companion to an active individual!
Rex is neutered, current on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.
