Remy Retriever & Border Collie Mix Lebanon, NJ

Remy is 2-3 years old and has been with Cosmo's Cause for about a year. His foster mom was so smitten with him that she contemplated keeping him. She has since realized that with her work schedule, and having 4 other dogs, that Remy really deserves more than she can give him. He was rescued from a high kill shelter when he was only about a year old. Remy is 45 lbs and we consider him to be high energy. Although we don't know for sure what his breed is, we have had many guesses that include Golden Retriever , Chocolate Lab , Chesapeake Retriever , Border Collie , Aussie. All we know for sure is that he is stunnnig and has a beautiful, soft, chocolate coat. He is also very smart and has the potential to be a great companion to the right person or family. Remy does have a timid personality so needs someone who will be patient with him as he gains his confidence. He would thrive in an active home that has a big fenced in yard and another dog that can match his energy level.
