Remy's Story
MEET REMY BARK! Part Bulldog mix, part piglet, this 2.5-year-old lowrider (45 lbs.) can’t wait to meet you! Her foster family loves REMY and is very excited to see her adopted. Here’s what they have to say about her:

“REMY Has come so far since we first met! She is easily crated and settled throughout t the day while we are away at work and gets excited to see us when we come home! She LOVES foraging for her food in treasure boxes, enrichment games and treat toss exercises. Once she gets settled into her new life, we have no doubt she is going to bond with her humans and enjoy chilling on the couch, sharing snacks (she LOVES watermelon!) and finally having the opportunity to just be part of the family!”

REMY is fostered in Long Island, NY (West Islip). We are looking for an adopter who is dog savvy for this queen. She is lower energy so backyard sunning life with gentle leashed walks and game/sniffing enrichment is her jam. She will likely adjust best as the only pet in the home and prefers a lower traffic home without little kids. REMY can easily ignore other dogs but to make dog friends, would need slow and steady, gentle introductions. We begin all adoptions with an adjustment period to ensure he is in the right home with the right people.

Our organization is unique; we are a smaller nonprofit focusing on the full needs of each dog in our program to ensure successful adoptions and accurate representations. We are a family and all are welcome to sit at our table. Our community offers an ongoing support platform as well!

To learn more please complete our adoption application at www.mrbonesandco.org/adopt or send an email to info@mrbonesandco.org with questions.
Thank you!
