Meet Remi!

My name is Remi I am almost 4 years old. I was rescued from Oklahoma from a hoarder where I gave birth to 7 puppies. I am the sweetest thing and love giving hugs. I am crate trained and potty trained. I love taking walks and do well on a leash. I need to brush up on my basic commands. I love kids! I am a bit stand offish with other dogs, but hey I just gave birth to 7 puppies! Please give me time to adjust and I am sure I will be perfect!

A Journey Home is a 501c3, all foster/volunteer based rescue. Our rescues are living with families in their homes. We do not have a shelter.
If you are interested in adopting, visit our website www.ajourneyhomedogrescue.org to fill out an application. After your application has been received and given a preliminary approval, you will be contacted by an adoption coordinator who will conduct a phone interview. Final approval will be granted following a successful meet and greet with the entire family.

Our standard adoption fee is $300, payable by cash or check. The fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative, heart worm preventative and micro-chipping.

First time pet owners will be required to sign up for a puppy/training class at a place of their choice. There will be an additional $100 added to your adoption fee, which will be refunded to you upon proof the class was completed.
