Meet our newest member "RED"!
She was impounded at a kill shelter, got adopted and returned just a few weeks later due to "undesired behavior". This girl is an absolute sweet heart. It baffles me how people expect a new dog, with most likely a not so easy past, is supposed to be perfect from the minute walking through the door. There is an adjustment time, maybe some training needed and trust has to be build.
Anyway... we make sure this is not happening again.
Red is great, gets along with other dogs and cats. It takes her a few minutes to warm up to new people but then she is a snuggle bug and very playful. She is 10 lbs, 1 year old and clearly a Pinscher Mix. She is all puppy and fun, knows sit command and is almost house trained. She still needs some help with that when she gets into a new home.
