Rebelle's foster Dad describes her as sweet and affectionate. She loves playing with the fellow canines in the home and is child-approved by his 4-year-old son. She acclimated to living with the resident cats as well during slow introductions.
Rebelle came to us as an owner surrender, she developed Heartworm Disease and her family decided to surrender her to a pound for euthanasia instead of treating her condition.
Rebelle will need a fenced yard to stretch her legs, she prefers to not be crated and is looking for a family who is home more than gone. She gets anxious that she is going to be left behind, which will fade as she bonds with a new family who she can trust.
