Rayna (ADOPTED!) Labrador Retriever & Boxer Mix Chicago, IL

**RAYNA HAS BEEN ADOPTED!** Rayna is an affectionate and social female Lab mix, possibly with Boxer and/or Pointer (a best guess based on appearance), needing a forever family. Pal's Place rescued this adorable, mild-mannered, and happy girl from an overburdened animal control facility in eastern Kentucky. Ray is estimated to be just about a year and a half old and weighs 55 pounds. Sweet Ray can be a bit timid when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly. She is particularly drawn to children and is very gentle in her interactions with them. Rayna thrives in the company of humans and also does very well with other dogs. She still has a bit of puppy energy but calms down quickly. Aside from humans and other dogs, Rayna's other loves include toys, long walks, a good game of fetch, and cuddles. Lots and lots of cuddles! Rayna is housebroken and generally well-behaved in the home but can get up to a little mischief if left on her own for too long if left uncrated. • Rayna's adoption fee to the rescue is $375. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date with age-appropriate vaccines. Rayna can be visited by appointment once an adoption application is submitted and approved by the rescue. • Pal's Place adoption fees start at $475 for puppies and $375 for dogs aged six months or older. This fee helps to cover medical expenses needed to prepare dogs for adoption (vaccines, microchips, spay/neuter surgeries, etc.), feeding, transportation, and general care for the dogs. Pal's Place is 100% reliant on donations to care for our rescued dogs.
