Meet Rasta,
A heartwarming, adult dog who has a sweet and gentle soul. Her friendly demeanor is truly
captivating, making her a joy to be around. She has a knack for lifting spirits with her cuddly and loving nature. Rasta's loyalty is unwavering, making her the perfect companion for any home. Found on the side of the road, Rasta's past hasn't dampened her spirit. Instead, she radiates positivity and love, eager to share it with those around her. Rasta's ability to bond and connect with humans is truly remarkable. Adopting Rasta would mean gaining a loyal, loving, and friendly companion who will be by your side, bringing joy and comfort to your everyday life.
Rasta is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed and her adoption fee is $300.
Rasta is in the Paws in Prison program, where he receives basic obedience training. He will graduate from Paws in Prison on 07/05/2025. The dogs in this program are provided basic level training under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. So, there will be an adjustment period as they adjust to their new family schedule.
For this reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive his training journal. This journal documents his arrival from the shelter, daily training progress, and interactions with the trainers.
