Meet Raspberry
Meet Raspberry, Raz for short! She is 7-10 years old and weighs 53 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped.
This cutie found herself at our local shelter in rough shape in December. She has gone through hernia and eye repair surgeries, is all healed up, and is ready to find her forever family!
Raz is such a sweetie and will keep you laughing with her funny faces and bulldog antics! She is good with children and loves attention, especially belly rubs. When they hit, her zoomies are fantastic and she enjoys bouncing off the back of the couch. She is great entertainment! She likes to stick her tongue out and give you "raspberries" when she is excited, hence her name.
She can be dog selective and prefers friends that aren't high energy or all up in her face. She likes to bully bounce (if you know, you know) when she's trying to play with other dogs if she likes them. While she does get along with some dogs, she could easily enjoy being the only dog in a home too. We are unsure how she is with cats.
Raspberry is house and kennel trained and does well in the car. She has typical bulldog skin issues and can easily develop ear infections, so an adopter would want to keep an eye on her ears. She is getting periodic allergy shots which do seem to help.
This senior lady deserves a loving, comfy home to spend her golden years in and we can't wait to help her find it!
