Meet Rascal!<br/>Rascal is a 1-year-old terrier mix who came to us after a neglect case alongside his brother, Apollo, and a litter of puppies. These poor dogs were left tied outside with only a doghouse and very little food, leaving the adults emaciated and in rough shape.<br/><br/>Despite everything he's been through, Rascal's spirit shines bright. He and Apollo were housed together at first and did great -- both boys are friendly and do well with other dogs. Rascal is still working on gaining some healthy weight, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. He absolutely LOVES being around people and soaks up every bit of attention he can get.<br/><br/>Rascal is a sweet, social, and resilient boy who's ready to find a loving home that will give him the care and affection he's always deserved.An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt.
