Meet Rascal!
11-year-old, 12-pound Bichon
House-trained, Not Crate-trained

Rascal is a very spunky, loving, and affectionate boy. He absolutely loves people and other dogs. He enjoys having some space to run outside and sniff EVERYTHING! After a little run, Rascal will snooze on the couch right next to you. Once he gets to know you, he loves to give gentle kisses and will spend most of the day at your side.

Rascal likes pepperoni, peanut butter, and people! He does have some isolation anxiety so he can be home alone for up to four hours, but he never really settles down and will bark and sometimes howl when home alone. He is currently on medication that should take effect in the next few weeks and his foster is working on counter conditioning behaviors which should help his anxiety. He would not do well in a shared-wall environment (apartments).

Rascal will be a wonderful addition for anyone that spends much of their time at home or has a great pet sitting option. He is spunky and loves people. He really just wants to love and be loved!

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration. Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best guess.

Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 90-mile radius of Minneapolis; however, we will consider up to 250 miles if the adopter is willing to drive to cities as needed.
