Meet Rascal

A little about Rascal. He is a very sweet guy who brought in as a stray and never claimed. He has cataracts and has eye drops as well as eye cream to help his eyes as they get irritated. He is also almost completely blind. He can see some things, but does run into objects on occasion. He is very potty trained and listens well. He would be best in a home with females dogs that are playful and no cats. He does need a 6 ft fence or someone to be with him while he goes to the bathroom. He is a total lover and will whine for attention. He walks pretty well on a leash. He did have a hernia that was repaired and he is now neutered. Come meet this sweet boy!
