Ramsey Great Dane & Shepherd Mix Enfield, CT

My name is Ramsey. I am around 9 months old. I am already 55ish lbs so ASCZ expects me to be a pretty big boy. I could have some Dane in me and Kelpie and some Shepherd. I am quite stunning and my ears are also quite fantastic! I was intercepted by my first loving foster home down in Oklahoma when I was on my way back to the city shelter. We aren't sure why but maybe they weren't ready for a puppy? I was scared and I was very very happy that I didn't have to go back into that place but I was afraid when I got to my new temporary home. I might be big but I am still young and impressionable. I am not in my amazing foster home in CT and I have been making progress but I am still shy. Here is more: I LOVE kids and I lived with two kids under 3. I seem to be more comfortable with kids than adults at first and more comfortable around females than males but I do come around! I am not aggressive, I do have a flight response so my family needs to let me decide when things are safe and let me come on my own terms. I am a medium energy boy and I also love other dogs. I would love to have a friendly confident dog in my home to show me the ropes and that can give me some guidance. I am not sure how I would be with cats; I haven't been tested. I would love a fenced in yard and a high fence as I can jump a 4 foot one! I have so much potential and couldn't be more kind - I just need some patience, love an encouragement to lead me into adulthood.
