At the time he was underweight, heartworm positive and it seemed he had not known much love or care in his life. Fast forward 4 months and Ralphie has been treated for his heartworms, he is now at a healthy weight and got the medical all clear for his adoption! He is a very sweet dog, eager to please and with lots of energy to play. He has done well with all children, dogs and cats that he has come into contact with.<br/><br/>Ralphie will do best with an individual or family who has the time to devote to the exercise that a herding breed dog needs to stay active and happy. He will love daily walks or runs and time to play and snuggle! Ralphie is a great dog and will make a very loyal companion.
