Meet Ralphie!!

( Yes, his fur will grow back, its growing back faster than the vets expected!)

Ralphie was neglected in his previous home, which caused him to have extreme Demodectic mange, anemia, and Hypoglycemia. When we rescued him from the shelter, he almost died on the way to the vet, he was in such terrible shape.. This is why he does not have all his fur. It will take a couple months for his fur to grow.

He has recovered amazingly!!! He was in so much pain and now he is thriving and ready for his forever home.

He is 4 and a half months old, and weighs 28.4 lbs.

Ralphie is:
-Sweet and affectionate- he needs a human to let him lay on top of and cuddle and give lots of kisses to.
-He does well in a pack- He loves to play with dogs and cats. He also loves to lay on top of any warm body and cuddle
-He is on his way to be fully potty trained
-He is house trained, meaning he can be left alone in a house free roaming and not destroy anything. He has never been in a crate with his foster home, and we are looking for a family that will continue to not use crates.
-He loves laying in humans beds, he uses doggie stairs to get up and down, and prefers humans bed vs a dog bed.
-He has no fear of taking another dogs toy or bone and run off with it!
-He is learning a leash, just needs more walks to get used to it
-He listens well and is very attentive, great recall
-He has a lot of puppy energy and loves all the toys! He will follow his human or dog friend everywhere.
_He sleeps well throughout the night in humans bed, cuddling close!

Ralphie will be neutered by the rescue at 6 months of age.
