Ragnar - Lab/Min Pin Mix - Male - 6 Months - www.twyla.org
If you'd like to know more about this dog please visit our website at www.Twyla.org
Ragnar is a 6-month-old puppy. He was found by a kind family wandering a neighborhood by himself at night. He is wiggly with lots of energy like a typical puppy. But he is also very eager to please and will sit and hold still if he knows it means treats and petting. He’s always got one ear up and one ear down and can be quite the charmer. He is great with humans and dogs of all shapes and sizes and is generally submissive. If another dog approaches him assertively, Ragnar will sit quietly and let the dog check him out and then make a buddy out of him. He just wants to play and never wants any trouble. Ragnar has a special affinity for children. He gets excited when he sees them and loves to run and play with them. He is a velcro dog at home, and very curious about everything his humans are doing. He’s always happy when he’s with his humans and would be a great dog for a family. He is also a bit of a water dog, always a little hesitant to get in but likes to run and splash once he does.
Ragnar is smart and very eager to please, so he has been easy to train. He learned to sit in only about 2 minutes. He is also a silly boy with a big sense of humor. He tries to make me play fetch with him. And by that I mean he picks up his bone and flings it across the room and gives me a look that says “Go get it!” Then he looks confused when I don’t. As soon as I put his leash on him in the house, he picks up the end of it and walks himself to the door. He is also nearly 100% on his potty training.
Ragnar is expected to be a small to medium-sized dog, maybe 25 lbs when full grown. He is looking for a moderately active home with or without another dog in it.
