RADAR's Story

Radar – ID 13788 – Kennel 84
Shepherd mix – Brown/Black – Neutered Male – 5 years – 65 lb
Up to date on vaccines – Heartworm negative – House trained – Crate trained

Radar is as loyal as his name suggests—always tuned in, always ready to be your steady companion. This handsome shepherd mix came to us with his pals Waffles and Gizmo after their owner faced health challenges and could no longer care for them. Gizmo and Waffles have now been adopted. Despite the change, Radar has shown what a good boy he is—house trained, crate trained, and eager to please.

He knows how to sit politely and will take treats gently from your hand, showing off his sweet manners. Radar gets along well with other dogs, making him a wonderful candidate for a multi-dog household. At 5 years old, he’s past the puppy chaos but still full of energy and love to give.

Radar is searching for a family who will never let him down again—a place where his gentle heart and loyal spirit will be treasured for the rest of his days.

Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend.
