Meet Rachel

Rachel was brought to PAWS with her siblings, Raine, Rennie, and Rickey. Poor Rachel was Heartworm positive so we immediately began her treatment. She is now finished with the whole process and is ready to go to her new home. She is black and tan with some white on her chest. She is a really pretty girl who is shy and scared but has come out of her shell a lot since she has been here. I am so excited to see her get her new home as she has been through so much in her short 3 years. She (and her siblings) were strays who wandered into a man's garage and he put food out for them and provided them a warm place to stay until he brought them to us. They really didn't seem to have had much human contact. The other three have gone to their new homes so now it is Rachel's turn. If you have a quiet home with no small children, she may be the perfect girl for you. She will require patience and love. She currently weighs about 15 lbs but could stand to lose a pound or two! Her adoption fee is 200.
