Meet Quinn
Sweet, blind Quinn is looking for her forever family!
Meet Quinn! She was born around mid-March 2023, weighs around 30-lbs (expected to be around 70 full sized), and has a zest and love for all things. She is spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
Quinn, her mom, and 7 siblings were found under an abandoned home when she was three days old. They were quickly taken into a foster home to grow and develop into healthy puppies. When Quinn’s siblings began opening their eyes, their foster mom noticed Quinn’s eyes didn’t open as well as her siblings. It was soon discovered sweet Quinn is visually impaired. Although she doesn’t seem to be able to see most objects, she seems to be able to differentiate some light.
Quinn’s impairment doesn’t slow her down! She is great with other dogs and loves to play with furry friends of all sizes. She’s incredibly smart, using her senses of smell and sound to navigate her way. She quickly maps a new environment and will go to the door (once she maps it) when she needs to potty. She is also crate trained. She loves playing outside, splashing in her puppy pool, and can often be found sitting quietly with a big smile on her face enjoying the sun and breeze. She loves people and getting attention and pets. Quinn is the best sleeping buddy! She’ll snuggle in next to you and sleep all night. If you’re looking for an almost perfect furry friend, Quinn is your girl!
