Meet Quincy
Quincy is a sweet and loving, one-year-old, 53-pound, male Labrador/Pit Bull Terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
He is adorable, full of kisses and tailwags. Quincy is healthy, housebroken and crate-trained. He loves other dogs and is great on leash. He has no reactivity at all when he sees other dogs which makes him an absolute joy to walk.
Quincy loves picking up sticks on his walks, and LOVES balls and playing fetch. Although he doesn’t always want to give the balls back.
He’s great with people – probably adults and teenagers are best as he still needs a bit of training. He already knows sit, down, paw and other paw!
Quincy was sitting at Chicago Animal Care and Control after being found stray. He gently licked my hand through the bars and I was taken right away by his warm brown eyes and incredibly sweet and gentle nature.
He’s great on leash, (unless he sees a bunny, bird or squirrel). He loves his walks or romps in the yard! He’s neutered, de-wormed, microchipped, up-to-date on rabies, bordatella and distemper vaccines, and heartworm-tested.
His adoption fee of $225 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.
