Punky ~ Adoption Pending Yorkshire Terrier & Poodle Mix Youngstown, OH

Hello!! Meet Punky! ? This 8 year old little girl is looking for a home. Punky is nervous at first but once she warms up, she will take treats and really enjoys attention. Do you have a quiet, relaxing home filled with love for Punky? Punky appears to be a mini schnauzer mix. Punky is an active dog. She loves to be stimulated, she loves affection and exercise. She loves bully sticks! She is great around people. She just loves to be loved. Her one fault could be that she is always under foot... so you have to watch for her- she just wants to be close! She is not going to be a dog that just lies around..she is fostered with another dog, but likes to be the boss. We are not looking to place her in a multiple dog home. She is a smart dog, and loves to be taught new things. Looking for a forever home with a fence.

Our adoption process starts with our application. Once the application is approved, a member of Legacy will contact you to set up a home visit. The home visit usually last 1-1 1/2 hours and is to make sure our dog and any current dogs/cats are getting along, as well as both of us agreeing it's a fit. At this time the adoption fee is due, and begins the 2 week trial. We will check in during the 2 week trial. If it's not working, our dog is returned to the foster home and all except $50.00 of the adoption fee is returned. At the end of the 2 week trial, you decide if you will finalize the adoption - if finalized, the Adoption Contract is signed and all medical records are turned over to you. If at any time you need to rehome the dog it contractually needs to be returned to Legacy Dog Rescue.

Puppies under 6 months: $199.00
Adults: $150.00
Seniors (over 7 yrs): $99.00
