-Can Live with Kids: Recommending dog-savvy kids ages 12+ (up to counselor's discretion)
-Can Live with Cats: No, huskies are known for their prey drives. Princess will need a feline-free home.
-Can Live with Dogs: No. While Princess enjoys playing with other dogs, she does not do well living with them. Ask staff for more details.
-Can do Apartment Living: No, huskies are high energy and vocal and do not do well in apartments. Would do best in a home with a secure fenced yard.
-Potty Trained: Yes
-Bite History: No
-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Yes, one private lesson

Princess is a friendly husky looking for an active person to take her along on their adventures! She's a middle aged lady (about 6 years old), so she's slowing down a bit, but still has lots of that classic husky energy. Huskies are working dogs, meaning they're highly intelligent and active. Princess, like any working dog, is going to need plenty of exercise AND mental stimulation to keep her occupied in her new home. PRIOR HUSKY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ADOPTION. Princess is an affectionate girl who enjoys attention and gives lots of kisses - we think she's going to bond strongly with her person once she realizes her new home is her permanent one. Based on what we were told from her previous owner, we think Princess would do best in a quiet home without too much going on.
