Hi! I’m Porsche! I’ve been waiting for a foster or furever home to come my way for quite a while now. I’m currently in boarding where I don’t really get the attention and activity I need for a young girl like myself. Everyone says I’m very sweet! I’m a very good girl with great manners. I can get a little excited initially but it's because I don't get many visitors where I am at. I’m grateful to be alive and have a chance to find a #Hero but I would love to be in a cozy home environment in my forever home. I’m looking for an adopter with great leadership skills to help give me proper direction and stability. I can be active and strong, so I need a similar person in my life. I have been at training, so I am a very good girl, and take direction well. I’d do best with older kids and a fenced yard. They tell me I can be a little selective with my doggy friends, so I would need to be the one and only fur-child in the house OR, I do love the boys, so male dog friends are ok. I can picky about my girlfriends.

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
