Meet Poppy
Welcome to rescue!
We saw a notice about 4 pups in a rural pound set to be euthanized on Monday 1/6/25 due to their 5 day stray hold being up! We knew we could not let this happen!!! So we contacted the post Pound Pullers and she worked her contacts & we called our friends at Headed home in the heartland and they last minute pulled it all off to get these dogs to us! It took a village to get it done and we are so thankful to all these amazing people!
Now for the puppies!!! They are possibly lab mixes & estimated to be about 3 months old. They are weighing in close to 10 pounds.
Peanut is the biggest. He’s tan. Looks kinda like a black mouth cur. He’s so sweet and loves lots of cuddles! He’s also a big fan of food!
Pebbles is black with white paws. She’s the wild child. She’s the smallest body but has the biggest personality! She is an ankle biter but that’s just because she wants you to play with her! She loves toys!
Poppy is brindle with a little pop of white on her chest. She’s very sweet. She’s the most shy and quiet of the group.
Penny is brindle as well. She loves to play with her siblings! She also loves having her photo taken and poses so pretty!
They will be available for adoption after they get their next vaccine in a couple weeks but applications can be sent at anytime! Applications at causeforpaws.net
