Poppy Smooth Fox Terrier Mix Pacific, MO

Poppy is not our typical Dirk’s dog. But when we saw her heart shaped marking on her nose, we had to help her. She is a lively young pup that we believe her to be a Smooth Fox Terrier mix. She does well with other dogs. We don’t know how she is around children or cats. She’s a lover and has plenty of kisses to give. She requires at least a 4 foot fence.

Poppy is around 8-10 months old. Her current weight is around 35 pounds and she will likely be around 40 when fully grown.

The minimum donation for Poppy is $375.00. This includes all of her vetting. If you are interested in Poppy, please fill out an online application through our website.

We are currently only open by appointment only. Due to the recent pandemic, we are looking at the safety of our volunteers that are there to take care of the dogs. Only serious inquiries will be considered.

Then meet her at the shelter during adoption hours on Saturdays and Sundays 10 - 2pm. All members of the household need to meet the dog you are interested in. Vet records for any current or previous pets need to be provided. If all goes well, a home visit will be done prior to adoption.
