Popple Spitz & Corgi Mix Long Island City, NY

This lovely girl’s named Popple! She’s a female Spitz/Corgi mix that’s 3 years old and weighs about 13 pounds. She was rescued from a dog meat farm in Yongin, Korea. Popple can be found carrying her toys in her mouth, snoozing in her crate, or following her foster around the house. She loves going on walks to explore new places and she has good leash manners too. Popple has also picked up on some commands, including how to sit and follow her foster’s lead on walks. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, and smart pup, then don’t miss out on Popple! Meet our adoptable pups! Come to our adoption event on Sunday, July 11th @ Bark Park in Williamsburg (14 Berry St, Brooklyn). This event will be held outdoors from 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm and open to the public! Meet the dogs for adoption in person and possibly adopt the same day! No sign up or ticket is needed! We ask you kindly wear a mask in the event area and inside the adoption truck.

*Important* Submit your application before the event to receive a pre-invite being held from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm before the event is open to the public. Only selected applications will receive a pre-invite via email from our applications team. The list will be checked at the entrance for confirmation. Please bring your printed application with you and the landlord's approval. This is NOT a pre-approval, only a pre-invite to attend the event early. No guarantees of adoption are promised in the best interest of matching the dog to the right applicant. Cut-off time for last interview is 2 pm. The Deadline to submit your application for pre-invite is Saturday, July 10th @ 5 pm.

Please Note: We do not allow outside dogs in our adoption event space

Our adoption radius is now within 30 miles of the following locations: NYC, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Western & Eastern CT. You must be able to pick up the dog at our office in Astoria, Queens (no exceptions). You must wear a mask and practice safe social distancing when traveling and picking up the dog.
