Meet Popeye

Male, 11 years old, 12 pounds
Being around Popeye will remind you to always look on the bright side of life. This sweet, friendly boy greets the world with a smile and a happy tail wag. Though spinach isn't his go-to, he loves treats and will show off his collection of party tricks in exchange for a tasty snack. This little guy loves meeting new people and showering them with kisses. He is super easy going and enjoys accompanying you on your errands but he also doesn't mind if you want to leave him at home to nap. Napping is his favorite thing after all!
Popeye is missing his right eye, but can navigate the world just fine with the other. This sweet guy is great with dogs, respects cats and their boundaries, and has even been an absolute love with his fosters grandchildren (6 and 8 years old). What more could you want in a furry friend?
Handsome Popeye came to us from the SPCA Monterey County. Due to his senior status, they thought he would like to join POMDR to find his forever home!
