Pompano - ECAS German Shepherd Dog Mix Pleasanton, CA

The shelter volunteers say that I'm an easy-going dog. I'm a handsome brown and black Shepherd mix around five years old with ears that sometimes slightly flop over. I currently weigh 81 pounds.

The volunteers appreciate how patient I am when they come to take me in or out of my cage. I also sit politely for treats and take them gently. I know basic commands like 'sit' 'down' and 'shake'.

Playing fetch is one of my all-time favorite pastimes. You are in luck if you don't like chasing after balls. I bring the ball back to YOU and drop it by your feet. I also like to run along the fence with my dog friend Kira if she's out in the adjacent yard.

I'm a very affectionate dog and will snuggle up to the volunteers for some attention and petting. I'm also a good walking partner. Despite my size I'm well behaved on a leash. My affectionate nature would likely make me a great companion for a family.

Pompano's Shelter ID# is 79261. He's an adult, male, brown and black, German Shepherd mix. He currently weighs 81 lbs. He has already been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and is ready to go to his new home! Pompano is located in kennel A-6.
