Woof! I'm Polly, a 2 yr old Devine Great Dane from Alabama!
I'm a gentle giant, weighing in at over 140 pounds. Yep, you read that right-I'm one of the two largest dog breeds in the whole wide world! But don't let my size intimidate you; my heart is as big as my paws, and I love nothing more than a good cuddle with my human.

My life journey has been far from easy! You see, my human passed away, and for three long days, I sat alone in that house. Meanwhile, my precious puppies were out there, wondering where their mama was. It was tough, but then-the amazing folks at Big Dog Ranch swooped in like caped crusaders. This mama is a survivor and once they reunited me with my pups I loved and cared for them until they were ready to venture off to their own FURever homes. Now it's MY turn too!
Walks and Playtime: I don't have excessive energy but I'm all about those leisurely strolls. A couple of nice walks a day? Yes, please and give me a yard to frolic and sniff in, and I'll be the happiest Dane ever! Since I still have some Heartworm treatments to go through, I cannot exercise too much. Big Dog will treat me, and I will be just fine.
I'm no airhead. In fact, I've got brains to spare. Teach me tricks, and I'll dazzle you with my smarts. Keep me engaged to avoid boredom, and I'll be your loyal sidekick. We can learn together, and Big Dog Ranch even offers a FREE training session to get us started on the right "paw"
A big girl like me can eat a lot and quality grub is non-negotiable. So, get ready to stock up! My tail? It's like a furry battering ram. When I wag. My whole body might wag too so it's important to keep very small children away since I could easily knock them over (by accident of course) But it's just my way of saying, "Life is Pawesome now!
