Meet Plum!
Plum is a healthy 30 lb. 10 mo. Labrador mix who is fully vaxed, spayed and chipped. She is playful, affectionate, curious, and athletic. She does well with my older black lab. Her favorite activities are running full speed, chewing on all and any toys, eating!
She is very loving, food responsive, strong, and a real beauty! Good with both dogs and kids, but does jump so perhaps older kids are a better fit.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.

All animals are kept in foster homes so there is no shelter for you to visit animal. Please go to https://new2urescue.org/adoption/adoption-application/ if you would like to meet the foster animal or learn more.

All our dogs have been treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
