Piru Shih Tzu & Bichon Frise Mix Homer Glen, IL

Piru is adorable and sweet and looking for a great forever home!

Piru's owner was elderly and could no longer care for him so he came to our rescue. His foster mom says:
"He's very calm and quiet. Barks shortly when someone he really likes leaves the room sometimes. Sleeps a lot. Usually pees and poops outside but with the snow has sometimes been using the pee pad. Eats well most of the time. He can be playful. He doesn't do stairs. He's stiff in his back end. He gets glucosimine. He's soft and fluffy and hasn't yet seemed to shed a lot. Maybe it's not the season? He probably will need to be groomed off and on because of mats and if you want to see his eyes. ? He follows you around a lot when he's not sleeping."

He is about 10 years old, 18 lbs, a Bichon Frise/Pekingese/Shih Tzu mix and is neutered. He just got a dental, shots, heartworm tested negative, fecal tested negative, and microchipped.
