Pippen Italian Greyhound Charleston, SC

Pippen is an 8 month old happy, energetic, snugglebug that is as loyal as they get. He loves being with his human but he also loves his time alone outside exploring the backyard. He's being fostered in Charleston, SC. Pippen will entertain himself with all his plush toys and likes play fetch and chase. He gets along best with smaller breed males who also love to play indoors and outdoors. He loves to cuddle with his foster brother too! Pippen would prefer another IG in the home, and will do best in a home with no children.

Pippen is neutered, UTD on all shots and has all of his adult teeth. He is potty trained for the most part (with a doggie door), and will stand by the door outside if he needs to go pee. He still is working on staying outside until after he goes poo and does not like going outside in the rain. He is learning to walk on his leash and has been doing great on his walks.

Pippen would love a home with a fenced yard so that he can run and play. He can jump really high so the fence would need to be 6ft for him to be safe, as he likes to chase squirrels. He would do best with someone who is home more often that not since he is attached to his humans, but also does fine if he is left with another small male dog to cuddle with and keep him company when a human isn't around. Pippen does not like his crate very much but will travel in one after a little bit of whining. He does prefer a bed with his humans to sleep in, and will usually go under the covers and sleep by his humans feet.
