Kissed By An Angel's Adoption Policy

First, we have an online application for them to submit, and then we do an initial screening through a video call. After that, we'll arrange a home visit and check references. If they are successful up until this point, we will then arrange a meet-and-greet. If all of these stages go well, and it's a good match for dog and family, we will then have them sign an adoption contract.
