Meet Piper, the tan Shepherd mix who’s essentially the life of the doggie party. At just 1 year old and a spry 40 lbs, Piper is living her best life, one wag at a time. If there were a social butterfly award at doggie daycare, Piper would be the reigning champ—she absolutely adores her fellow canines. Whether it's a day filled with play or just hanging out with her two foster siblings, Piper is all about that dog pack life. Cats? Well, the jury's still out on those mysterious creatures.

Before making her grand entrance to NY, Piper spent some time with a pet sitter where she proved she’s as good with small humans as she is with dogs. She’s got a soft spot for kids, showing off her gentle and playful side in equal measure. However, when it comes to the gents, Piper can be a bit reserved at first. It’s not that she’s not a fan; she just likes to play it cool, taking her time to warm up. But give her a moment, and she'll show you her true, affectionate colors—especially if you're a woman. Then it's all love, all the time.

Piper is the epitome of playful energy followed by blissful naps. She can go from 100 to zero in the blink of an eye, transitioning seamlessly from play mode to serious couch potato. Cuddling up with her foster mom for some quality relaxation time is high on her list of favorite activities, making her the perfect chill companion after a fun day of adventures.
