Meet Piper

Piper is in a foster home in Kent, WA.

Piper is very special to Paco’s Rescue. She was found on the streets in San Antonio, TX eating garbage three days before she gave birth to eight beautiful puppies. Piper’s team was with her throughout her delivery and even helped bottle feed the runt of the litter. This beautiful girl has patiently watched as each of her pups found their forever homes. Now it’s Piper’s turn!

Piper is a beautiful, friendly, gentle, sweet, 60# American Staffordshire terrier, who is an ambassador to her breed! She is estimated to be between 2-3 years old. Piper is crate/potty trained, dog/cat friendly and gentle with kids. Piper gets excited for walks and loves car rides. She is so well behaved in the car; I often forget she is in the backseat. Piper loves to be with her person and will repay you in kisses, she likes cuddle time, lounging on the couch or chair, but what she really enjoys is climbing into bed and snuggling at night. She likes other dogs and cats too!.

Piper can be shy, so her adopter should understand it may take her awhile for her personality to shine. Right now Piper’s world is small, so you must be willing to help her expand her world, things are still new to her, so you must be willing to help her through this. As an ambassador to her breed; it is important to showcase her best behavior.

She deserves a family who will give her a lot of love and attention. She requires a home with a fenced yard.

Piper’s adoption fee is $500; which covers her transport, spay, current Rabies/DAPPV/Bordetella vaccinations, health certificate, microchip, heartworm test and flea treatment. 100% of the fee goes to care for the animals in our program. Paco’s Rescue Network is a 501c3 non-profit organization and her adoption fee may be tax deductible.
