Pico Chihuahua & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Portland, OR

Our ittle Pico! Pico is a small Chihuahua/Jack Russel mix (our guess), 8 lbs, and we estimate around 13 yrs. old. He is a low energy dog and who is blind or mostly blind. Pico will take a couple days to map out his surroundings and then he gets around great. Yes he can do steps.

What’s Pico like? This is what his foster home found:
- Pico is a sweet, low-key dog who takes a few days to map out and settle into his new home
- he does very well with other dogs
- he is good in a crate
- is calm in the car for rides
- is housebroken (he gets let out a couple times a day, and will bark he needs to go out)
- he will walk on leash once settled and knows you
- he loves to sniff around outside and does well everyday with the steps to go in and out
- absolutely loves a soft dog bed and snoozing in the sun
- loves sitting beside you while you watch tv or work on your computer.

Pico’s ideal home?
- Quiet home
- Adult only, low traffic home with a nice boring person(s) to hang out with
- He would love another dog to hang out with but we think he will do fine as an only dog
- Has wants a patient person who can build a relationship and let him settle in.

Pico is up to date on his vaccines, neutered, heartworm tested, up to date on flea treatment, dewormed, is microchipped, had bloodwork and had his dental. His adoption fee is $250 (our senior adoption fee).
