Phoebe

Phoebe is fully grown but still young, around 1 year of age. We did a DNA test to prove at least 50% Cane Corso Mastiff. The other breeds in her mix bring her down to a manageable size, about 55lb, with ZERO slobbering!! We saved her from death row at a shelter in Wichita, KS. She stood out to us because of her similarity (in looks and personality) to our director's dog. We love Phoebe so much and are looking for the perfect home for her. She is good with dogs, cats and people. She is shy at first but bonds quickly to become a very loyal and attentive companion to her chosen person. Although she still has a lot of puppy energy, she does settle down completely in the kennel and on the couch. She holds the award for "best couch cuddler in the world"! Phoebe would do best in a home where her human is around a lot to give her the attention she craves and deserves. She is good on leash and on car rides. She is also kennel trained. She has never tried to climb a fence or dig under it, mainly because she has no desire to leave her home or human.
