Phoebe doesn’t always know her size and is learning not everyone wants hugs all the time. She is crate trained and rocking her house training. She would do best with a family that will continue to spoil her rotten while helping her master her manners. Phoebe is looking for a family with a fenced in yard (no electric) within an hour of Toledo. She is vetted, spayed, and microchipped.
