Hi there! My name is Phoebe and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I am a 9 year old, female, Yorkshire Terrier who came to SB Humane in search of a loving home to call my own. <br/><br/>Don't let my age full you. I am a funny little lady who lives for scratches and treats. I like to go on walks to take in all the smells around me. I enjoy sun bathing and letting you know when I'm ready for my next snack! <br/>I would love to play dress up with you, as I am a big fashionista and love to strut my stuff in my cardigans and hoodies. <br/><br/>Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. <br/><br/>Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.<br/><br/>Need some supplies?
